What is the return policy?
Change of Mind Returns
Original art is final sale and cannot be returned. All other items may be returned within 14 days from receipt of the package. Item must be in original, undamaged condition with packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the print is returned in its original tube or flat mailer to prevent creasing. Store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be provided once the item has been received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When will I get my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 1 -2 business days. No orders will be shipped on holidays.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of the art is made by the artist personally. Items displaying the art - such as pins, stickers, clothing, etc. - are made primarily in Canada, with some items being made in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You can choose between several carriers, and you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
